Short answer
Mintsoft exports up to 1,000 orders at a time from the Orders screen. For more, use a report: reports export to CSV, and large exports arrive as a download link that expires after 7 days. Mintsoft belongs to The Access Group, whose Core Terms say you own your data, but those terms don't name Mintsoft.

You don't need to export anything to get started
To find out whether your records may be worth a closer look, your team size and years in business are enough. This guide is for seeing what Mintsoft holds and keeping a copy, especially before you change systems or cancel. How much you hold in Mintsoft
Two reports under Reports > Overview count orders. The Clients Order Report (3PL only) shows "the number of created orders split by client over a specified date period." Orders Despatched Per Day Count shows "the number of orders dispatched from Mintsoft between a specific date period." Run them with the widest date range.
The help center doesn't describe a screen that shows your oldest record or totals other records. For those, export with the widest date range and count the rows.
How to export Mintsoft orders
- Click Orders, then Overview.
- Change the records to display from the default of 10 to the maximum of 1000.
- Check the orders you want to export.
- Select Export Orders to CSV from the Bulk Actions drop-down, then click Go.
"1000 is the maximum number of orders you can export at a time." The file includes fields such as Client, Order Date, delivery address, Tracking Number and Order Items.
How to export Mintsoft reports
- Open the report from Reports > Overview and apply any filters.
- If the report shows a CSV button, set Show Entries to 1000.
- Click Bulk Export, Export to CSV or CSV, depending on which button the report shows.
Bulk Export and Export to CSV "export all filtered data from your report, regardless of how many entries are displayed on screen." The CSV button exports only the rows shown. Exports of more than 50,000 records run in the background, and Mintsoft emails you a download link. "Export download links expire after 7 days." The export article doesn't say who can export. Mintsoft's Reports article says "Some reports are only available to Admin or Super Admin users", for example Historic Inventory reports.
Through the API
Mintsoft's API guides cover orders, products, stock, ASNs and returns. To get a key:
- Set a Mintsoft password under Settings > Change Password.
- Send your username and password to /api/Auth. "The response will contain the API key."
- Send the key in a header called ms-apikey with each request.
"By default, the API Key will expire after 24 hours." The help article doesn't state rate limits.
How each client's data is kept separate
Each 3PL client has its own client account. When you add a client user, you "Select the Client Account the user will be associated with." "(3PL Only) Some reports require you to filter by a 3PL Client before viewing data," and the order export includes a Client field. The help center doesn't say exactly what a client user can see.
What the published terms say about your data
The Access Group bought Mintsoft in 2020. We couldn't find terms on Mintsoft's website; its privacy policy covers the website only. The Access Group's Core Terms and Conditions (Version 2, last modified September 16, 2026) don't name Mintsoft, so it isn't confirmed that they govern your Mintsoft contract. They say:
- Ownership: "You (or Your licensors) own all Intellectual Property Rights in Your data and content." The Access Group may use them only as far as it strictly needs to provide its services.
- Aggregated data: "Anonymised or aggregated data We create from observing how the Products and Services are used is not Your Confidential Information."
- At the end of the contract: "on request, we both will delete or return any confidential information", and The Access Group "will act on Your instruction to return or delete personal data in line with the Data Processor Terms." These clauses give no timeframe.
Check your own agreement first.
Before you share anything from Mintsoft
For a 3PL, most orders in Mintsoft are your clients', and the order export includes their customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and emails. Client data is generally treated as the client's. See the 3PL and contract logistics page and the warehousing and fulfillment page for which records are usually the business's own and which are held for others.
Questions about Mintsoft data
Does removing personal data delete the order?
No. GDPR Scrub Data clears personal details and keeps the order, but deletes associated documents such as courier labels. Export what you need first.
What happens to my Mintsoft data if I cancel?
We couldn't find Mintsoft-specific terms. Export what you need before your contract ends.
Do I need to sort out my records first?
No. Start by filling in our short form with your team size and years in business. Rough numbers are fine. If you are about to cancel or switch software, export your records first: see Before you cancel or switch logistics software.
