How we work
- We are independent, meaning the firm we introduce you to doesn't own or run this site. We don't buy, value or license data ourselves. The firm pays us a referral fee if you sign, so we are not neutral, and we don't give advice: get your own before you sign anything.
- If you ask us to, we introduce you to a firm that represents owners in these deals. We pass on your name, contact details and a short description of your company, never its records, and email you the firm's name.
- That firm explains its process and terms, usually over a few video calls. Nothing is shared without your OK, and you decide whether to go ahead.
- If you sign with that firm, it pays us a referral fee. You never pay us anything.
- Everything from us is in writing. We never call.
